PATNA: The Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB) on March 24 declared the Bihar intermediate results of all streams – Arts, Commerce, Science and vocational courses on the official website – onlinebseb.in.
BSEB chairman Anand Kishor announced the results of the BSEB Bihar Class 12 board exams on official website. The students who appeared in the Bihar Board Intermediate examination 2020 are advised to visit the official website to check and download their result. The results of BSEB Intermediate Arts, Commerce, and Science streams can also be download through the direct link provided below
This year, around 12.05 lakh candidates including 5.4 lakh girls appeared for Bihar Class 12 board examinations, which was conducted between February 3 and February 13 at 1,283 examination centres across the state.
BSEB Intermediate Result 2020 Details
This year, overall 80.44% students have cleared the Bihar intermediate board examination. There has been a slight improvement of 0.68% pass percentage as compared to last year’s 79.76%.
BSEB 12th Pass Percentage – stream wise
- Arts – 81.44%
- Commerce – 93.26%
- Science – 77.39%
Top scorers of BSEB 12th Board Exam 2020
- Neha Kumari (Science stream) – 476/500 (95.2%)
- Kausar Fatma and Sudhanshu Narayan Chaudhary (both of Commerce stream) scored – 476/500 (95.2%) each
- Sakshy Kumari (Arts stream) – 474/500 (94.8%)
Division-wise result
- Students passed with first division: 4,42,284
- Second division: 4,69,439
- Third division: 56,115
- Students who flunked in the exam: 2,35,239
- Results pending: 401
- Expelled during the exams: 356
On Monday, Kishor had told TOI that evaluation of the answer copies of Inter students was almost complete. As far as the evaluation of Matriculation papers is concerned, almost 75% of them have been evaluated.
In the year 2019, Bihar Board released the results of class X and XII examinations in the month of March and April.
